Dear Readers,

The truth about all arguments everyone has ever had on proving/disproving a god is a stale argument. there is no way to 100% prove there is/is not a god.

Which is why i personally believe NO ONE should say they are right over anyone.
A Christian should NEVER say, i am right, you are wrong.
(why?)
because i know i am, i can feel god.
that is a lie, you can't "feel" god, if there is a god.
A Atheist should NEVER say, i am right, you are wrong.
(why?)
because you can't prove there is a god.
that is true, but you also can't prove there isn't.

the only REAL way to prove that there is/is not a god, is to die. but after that, no one has a way of knowing, unless ghosts come back and talk to us and i haven't been fortunate enough to have one tell me whats up.

Dear Readers,

I was born a Presbyterian Christian. I went to Church every Sunday. I was a devoted Christian, I followed the rules of the Bible. I read books from the Bible.
Years later, my aunt died of breast cancer after many rounds of chemotherapy.
If God loves us all, why would he let the ones he love, die in such horrible pain and misery?
This brought questions to my young mind.
I started searching around, asking elders their views on God. Of course, my whole family is Christian.
I have found myself in hard situations where I needed a crutch to get by things. Which is where Christianity comes into place.

As you can guess, I'm new.
Yeahh.. Fresh meat. Lol. :D
Obviously I'm Atheist.
Never believed in God, Never will.
Bahaha. The idea of a "god" is crazy in my opinion.
If he loved his children he wouldn't let shit happen.

Loving God, when he millions of kids die everyday in Africa No way? That’s depending if you don't believe in an afterlife.
A loving God would never send someone to hell! A loving God gave you a chance to be saved. God does not send you to hell sin sends you to hell.
If there is so much evil in the world that means that there is no God. Why would a loving God create robots to serve his whim? He gave us free will. If I gave you 10 bucks than made you spend it on what I wanted to, would you really completely own the money in the first place?
Also if God wanted us to love so much than doesn't that mean that we could potentially have such a potential for great evil?

Here's the basic idea:

I am a freethinking teen, but I have found that through reason, there is only one answer: Not only does God exist, He is a loving, caring God who wants a personal relationship with us.
I do mean wants, not needs. He, in creating this existance, cannot logically depend upon any part of it.

He has given many gifts. One of them is reason.

Reason is not preeminent or pre-existant, nor is it man's invention. The laws of reason are obvious in the world, but only to us.

The rest of the world, meaning everything but humans, may have conditioned responses, but cannot truly think. The rest of the world cannot reason through situations and choose what is the best, rational, option.

For anyone who's reading this, yes I am a Christian. I'm not going to force God's way of living down your throat like the fundies who should read what it says about love in the bible but I am not a liberal Christian either. I'm an evangelical Christian. Feel free to debate me or send me questions or concerns my only hope is that people of different beliefs do not have to hate eachother because in my opinion its a form of racism. Im not sure exactly why i argue about almost anything. Im only arguing [i]my[/i] side of something. Even if others agree with what i have to say it doesnt really matter because the world isnt black and white. There is no defined right and wrong. Science is not always true and religion is not always a bad thing.

While it is widely believed that The Salvation Army is simply a charitable organization with a commitment to giving, it is important not to forget their entire mission though:

It has been brought up before and I just watched a special on Paula Zahn about whether Muslims should be able to swear on Al Qu'ran and Jews to swear on the Old Testament and etc, etc. First of all, one guy did a great job of pointing out that it is, in fact, illegal to have people swearing on the Bible in court because that violates the separation of church and state which is the very first right on the bill of rights ("Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion", and the fact that most of our founding fathers were secular) so I know the founding fathers found the freedom from religion even more important than the freedom of religion.

It is easy to name things in this world that are bad and you would think would not exist if there were a loving God: Autism, SIDS, HIV, birth defects, OCD, ADD, ADHD, Mental retardation, Wishbone brand French dressing, running out of beer, Mustard, the Common cold, various flus, STDs (STIs), American Idol, the TV show TLC, country music, emo music, Osteoporosis, breast cancer.....

Anyway, when an atheist brings these things up, a theist will respond that man brought it on himself or that it is Satan. Either way, I can easily prove that it is God's fault, meaning that if there is a God, he is an evil, hatefilled tyrant, and if there isn't a God, then all of these "evil" things have a perfectly logical explanation.

Not really, that was more to get your attention than anything else(although its also an inside joke with some of my friends).

I really dont have anything to say here. I just didnt want my blog to be completely empty.

I know that this is an aethiest forum but let me say that God exists. It doesn't matter what you think or say and how boldly you say it but He exists. One day when all this will come to an end and when you will die you will stand before him. Trust me... Think about it. I am not syaing that you have to trust in Jesus now. I know as you read this most of you are offended. Most of you are already saying things in there mind about me. Most of you are already critizing me. I have once been an aethist and I have did all the things you do now. I have had the state of mind that God does not exist. But in every one of you there exists a fear which always comes back to you. Can you answer me the question with ocnfidence in your hearts that nothing will happen to you when you die. Think about this when you lie in bed; What will happen if I die tonight? Where will I be if I die tonight? There has to be an answer to it. There is still hope for every one of you that comes to this site.

As you can see from the title above, I do believe in God, although this is an atheist forum.
I glad if somebody reads this and would like to reply for my comments about what I write here down.
Ok, so first, I am a Christian, who is glad to follow my holy Lord- The Almighty God, following his word- Christ Jesus and working through his spirit.
Actually, if you ask me what do I think about the Atheism, I would say that this position is COMFORTABLE, but not the true one.
From what I read here, it's obvious to me that you people choose to deny God, saying that He simply does not exist, or there is no evidence for His existence.

I haven't been on this site for quite a while now, and am very pleased to see how active it is. It's good to know that there's a lot of youth beginning to think rationally about the world around them.

Since my last post here, I've become a relular member of the atheist podcast "Vox Populi", hosted by Hellbound Alleee. Also, I've started writing my own blog at blogspot entitled [b]The Freedom to Say 2 + 2 is 4[/b], at [url=http://]http://freedom224.blogspot.com[/url] So far I've mostly been discussing anarchy and morality, but as I state on my first post ("2 + 2 = 4"), I eventually plan to be writing topics in regards to atheism/theism (probably as it pertains to fundamentalism, right now, because I'm taking a course and reading several books on it right now). Even so, the questions of anarchy are very similar in nature to those of atheism, so if you want to continue the rationalism, continue the quest!
