Political parties and a small rant on gun control.

I was commenting on Military by GeneralRamos, but started to rant about political parties, thus my first blog. I find it ironic that reps and dems claim they are working for freedoms, but it seems they just pick some freedoms to work on. Reps seem to like to tell women what to do, who we can have sex with, and when we have sex. Dems seem to like to tell us what we cant say and what isn't safe (guns). While I think dems might have better reasons/reasoning for their point I almost wonder if the parties ended up picking the side the other party didn't. I mean really banning guns won’t stop shit. I’m not saying let connived felons get full-auto rifles with armor piercing rounds or let everyone keep a nuke in their backyard, but it will do more harm then good to take guns away from citizens. Look up Penn and Teller’s Bullshit episode on gun control. Also if you look at the shooting at Montreal you can see gun control isn’t that effective.

This was the kind of rifle used. It is a semi-auto that uses 9mm rounds, nothing is really more advanced or better about it then a hunting rifle. Criminals can get weapons that are much more effective for combat and they don’t need the legal means to do it, most of the time they aren’t. Canada’s laws are stricter then the US laws and crime still happens...

I should be able to say fuck when I fucking feel like it, enough said.

I don’t think I need to go into why the government shouldn’t be able to tell a women that she must carry a child or why they should stay out of the bedroom, but I will if people protest...

Well said. The two party

Well said. The two party system just creates groups that support the poalr opposites of each other, but in doing so only promote certain freedoms that they think will get them a sizable bloc of voters. The people need to leto ur government know we don't want to take shit from them - we want our freedoms and rights! Unfortunately, many Americans seem content in letting the government control their lives, as if a power ruling their decisions was a good thing. Oh, wait, that sounds kind of like what religion does.

And I agree. We should fucking say fuck when and wherever the fuck we want without fear of censorship. I don't care who gets offended - you have no right to be free from being offended, but you DO have a right to free speech!
