After years of being an agnostic atheist, I've moved on to strong atheism. I completely, absolutely deny any slight possibility of a "God" existing, even a deistic one. Semantic apologetics and non-cognitivism FTW.
Strong Gnosticism?
Isn't it foolish to have strong Gnostic beliefs either way? To say that you "know" God is or isn't real is irrational.
Don't get me wrong. I identify as an atheist, strong in my belief that there is no God. I feel that the probability of there being deities in existence about the same as the probability of there being a tooth fairy. The very idea sounds preposterous, but there is no method by which one can prove a negative.
So, one can say that the idea of a god is so very improbable that they find belief impossible, but it is unwise for one to say that they "know" either way.
