Really no proof...
Offline I have recently converted to Agnostic from Christianity due to unanswered questions. There is simply too many questions. I think that there is no evidence that Atheism existed, while there is a tiny piece of evidence that christianity may be true ( Only the time period) I basically believe that Atheism even if a world can be made out of nothing ness or a big bang, could the world survive for this long under theroies of evolution? I don't really see myself changed from my grandparents, I don't see myself with better improvements or anything. Also, if creating a human out of nothingness is possible...how come all we can do is make amino acids and consider ourselves near perfection of human being?
This is just my 2 cents, I am just raising questions, I am not pro-christian/atheism/religon or really anything. I just would like to get answers for questions that don't seem to have a solution.......

Another thing, judging that the first person who started this was in 2007 I am aware I am/maybe necro-posting, I really couldn't care less as I would like my thoughts to be put on record.

A position where you have unanswered questions is much more accurately described as agnosticism itself.
No evidence that atheism existed? The fact that this site exists means there are atheists and atheism does exist.
But I assume you mean that "no evidence that atheism is true" in which case, atheism in the broadest sense is the lack of a belief. You don't need evidence for a negative, simply the lack of evidence for the positive position. Strong atheism, for which there are indeed plenty of proofs, is not a negative however.
Nothingness.. I don't see why that's against atheism considering that God's supposed to have created the universe out of nothing as well.
And you do have a different gene set from your parents and grandparents. Evolution does not claim significant changes over that small scale, it's a slow process that takes millions of years. Read the TalkOrigins archives.
Jesus fucking Christ, we weren't created out of nothing. If you're referring to abiogenesis (which is separate from evolution) there's no scientific law saying that very primitive organisms couldn't have been created out of complex molecules (scientists consider panspermia and others as alternatives).
I'm still not sure what you mean by the last phrase "consider ourselves near perfection of human being."

for the record atheism does not "exist" there is no god or divine ruler names atheism.

again you display a lack of understanding when it comes to the theory of evolution but to answer your question humans are very advanced animals and it has been recorded that as the complexity of an animal increases the rate at which an organism evolves decreases. so there would be no differences between you and your grandparents evolution takes many generations before even the smallest variation can be observed.

and once more you display a lack of understanding about the theory of evolution, again NOTHING IS EVER MADE OUT OF NOTHINGNESS as far as we know what do you mean by make amino acids? and i can't answer your last question because i can't even understand it. i suggest that you research the theory of evolution,the "big bang" theory and what exactly atheism is. i also want you to understand that theory's unlike religions are not set in stone and none forces you to accept them you can say it's all bunk and make your own theory's or expand on existing ones but you have to have the evidence to back it up.
