RULES OF CONDUCT FOR THIS FORUM
Submitted by American Atheist on Tue, 2007-05-01 22:29.THESE RULES ARE NOT FINAL AND MAY BE EDITED AT ANY TIME.
=======================
1. Introduction.
=======================
Give us your nutters, your cranks, your theists yearning to be free, and we'll do our best to oblige them in the spirit of freethought.
The Rational Response Squad/No God Network will not allow a total zoo where troublemakers run roughshod over our explorers, nor do we want a stifling jailhouse where no real exploration gets done at all.
These House Rules outline a miniscule set of conventions of good conduct that aim at fostering a friendly, open and stimulating atmosphere crucial for the kind of forum we would like to preserve along with a consistent framework for dealing with various destructive shenanigans.

Juror Debate Rules
Submitted by GWG on Fri, 2007-03-09 12:04.When we start this debate we will be acting as if Christianity is the Defendant & Atheism, Agnosticism etc. are the Prosecution. We will be deciding it's fate. We will be the Jury that will deliver a verdict. I'll lay down a few quick rules for this debate & then we can get on with business. After you've read the rules you guys can decide if these rules touch all areas or they need editing. Just tell me about any point of contention you might have.
Alright, Here's the rules:
1. No one is to be antagonized for their vote. If any fights break out we will take a one day recess from this forum.

Question for Administrator
Submitted by GWG on Tue, 2007-03-06 18:09.I haven't gotten back into this forum for awhile & while I was gone a lot of posts have piled up. I didn't want to read through everything because of the size so I came up with an idea. When we debate in these forums it can really get hectic. So many people debating so many different points. So I came up with an idea. Tell me what you think.
I will look through FreeThinking teens & find the 11 most powerful, ardent, intelligent defenders of Evolution, atheism & agnosticism, or simply the ones who hate Christianity the most & I'll invite them to join me in a forum section where only the 12 of us can debate. The administrators can move all of the stray posts.

Listen up.
Submitted by American Atheist on Sun, 2006-12-10 01:17.I was just minding my own business, just checking messages on myspace. Then some dude sends me a message and this is what it said:
"hey man, would you like to defend your worldview on a christian radio show? check out www.unchainedradio.com , to hear free mp3s of the show, check out www.tnma.blogspot.com
in Jesus,
Devin T. Murphy "
I responded with...
"I don't need to defend them.
In reality,
Infidel Boy"
Then I logged back in and he responded to my message. This time he said:
[b]"haha the more intelligent atheists dont even support those kids

Forum URL's
Submitted by Zero on Wed, 2006-09-27 15:02.I have changed all the forum URL's (the link in the address bar) so that links are more verbose for the users and easier to manage for the administrators.
However, your old links will still work if you need to reference them. I just wanted everyone to know that this change was intentional and not some random HAL like error.

Problem With Double Posts.
Submitted by adaypastdead on Mon, 2006-09-18 23:31.Hello friends of the FTT forums. It has become increasingly popular to preform double posts. This does three things.
- Increases the chaos of the forum
- Causes an overflow of pages that are not needed
- Creates a problem with post whoring
Simply, this problem can be avoided by the following steps.
- Instead of posting a second rebuttle, include it in the first. Use the "quote" button then copy its source into a notepad document. use as many quotes as you want.
- If you want to add content take advantage of the "edit" button, it is designed specifically for such things.

Topic Subscriptions
Submitted by Zero on Tue, 2006-09-12 11:54.You can now subscribe to topics and be notified when a thread or "node" gets updated with new replies. All users will be autosubscribed to any topics that they reply to. If you don't like this default behavior, you can change it by editing your settings in My Account.
If you want to edit the topics you are "subscribed" to, hit "my subscriptions" in the left navigation menu.
Enjoy!
