Not sure what you mean

Not sure what you mean exactly, but dog breeding is one example.

Umm, wings are really cool!

Umm, wings are really cool! Same as poison and acid... 'good' mutations is sorta silly... i guess one of the best would be chloroplasts or their equivalent... claws and teeth (or for that matter jaws) are good to..

if by good you mean useful then most things would qualify other than vestigial structures.. and if multiple creatures evolve these mutations then they might be better than others that are rare among the groups..

I'm guessing you mean

I'm guessing you mean beneficial mutations. One very good and timely example is the mutation of the delta 32 gene, which controls the production of a certain receptor on... T cells, I think? Anyway, if you have two copies of the altered gene, the receptor isn't made, and this receptor happens to be the one that HIV uses to invade your cells. Two copies means an immunity to AIDS. And the bubonic plague, but that's a little less prevalent these days.

another good one, early on,

another good one, early on, would be the one that split the segmenting from one segment, into branching segments, such as primitive limbs or stuff like that.
