We need the apocalypse

I hope the End of Times comes soon. It's kinda a win-win. What do we want? The religious right off the planet. What do they want? To be off the planet. We will have 1000 years without the religious right, which is 1000 years of real democracy. Everyone wins. Well, in the end, we lose, but thats in a while.

I'm not sure about if you are discussing the religious end of times with the whole bible Revelation thing or just the world ending.

Sadly, we have no reason to believe that the end of times like in the bible describes is going to happen. Oh wait, not sad. Also I don't think that'd be something to be happy about. The god of the bible seems to be exceptionally violent in Revelation.
