Favorite Bricktestament Story

I found a site not too long ago that acts out the bible in legos. I thought I'd share.

Jephthah Kills his virgin daughter (starts in the bible Judges 11:34)

When to stone your kids according to the Law

Homosexuality

and

Slavery

I like this, because it makes it easier to stomach these stories. None of it is really funny, but at least it is funny to see legos act it out.

What sickens me most about

What sickens me most about that story is that the whole thing is supposed to be celebrated.

The glorification of the death of a child... This has to be my least favorite bible story.

My teacher tried to tell me

My teacher tried to tell me that as Aesop's Fables, the Bible is great. As a set of moral guidelines, the Bible is great. But, the more I think about it the more I realize how wrong she is. Like that Bible letter said, all people who work on Sunday's should be murdered. So if her husband ever worked on Sunday all I have to do is go to their house, kill her husband, rape her daughter, but ask for forgiveness and I'm golden.

That's not how morality works!

I mean, Aesop's fables carry

I mean, Aesop's fables carry good messages, like share with others and don't be too prideful.

The bible's messages include kill homosexuals and keep slaves (who shouldn't groan but serve the master like god).

So there really isn't any comparison.

Does anyone else like those images... I find them to be hilarious (though they depict some sick shit).
