The weather here is getting colder and with the season change, people at my school are either suffering from allerigies (me!) or getting sick. My question is, why do people still say "bless you" when someone sneezes? Sometimes I feel like I should, otherwise it would be rude of me not to. Do you still say it?

This is a thread where you can tell your stories that you've encountered, in public, school, on the internet, etc.. about you being an atheist and people's reactions.. good or bad. I'd love to see what you have to say

My parents made a huge deal out of me not believing in god. They even go as far to say stupid stuff like "can you pass the salt, or dont you believe in that either". Its really sad how adults thing they know everything. I love getting into debates with adults because i get a chance to prove them wrong. My parents are terrible with religon though. My mom is protestant and my dad is catholic, i was raised catholic. I actually almost god kick out of sunday school for repeatedly questioning the nuns lol. Anyway i was wondering if any of you had the same problems with your parents reacting to you not believing in there god?
