The system automatically resizes your images to the right size, and it accepts gif, jpeg, and png images.
Can you tell me exactly what the error was when you tried to post this picture?

It said something the first time that amounted to something went wrong. I guess I should have copied the error message so we could know why. I have tried editing it, but nothing changes. The image post is up with a caption, but the image is missing.
maybe some info about the image would help:
size: 100 X 100 pixels
disk size: 29.2 KB
It is one of those .gif images that changes so maybe that is the difference.
Can you try something for me - create a new image and hit "submit" streight away rather than previewing it first?
Animations shouldn't be a problem.
